Today is Wednesday, clinic this AM. Got up at 4-ish to do a few extra miles this morning. Usually it would be 4, but I am trying to make this a 60-mile week, since I will not likely have another opportunity to do so during this training period. Thanksgiving, being on-call, etc. are going to limit me to a little less for the next couple of weeks, before I start to taper. Damn, hard to believe I've only got a couple of weeks until taper-time arrives.
Soon thereafter it'll be time to dust off my "fast" shoes and get set!
